After working in the Real Estate field for almost 4 years, she realized that her true passion was in the financial industry. Susan has been in the mortgage industry since 2000 at which time she decided to take true business ownership by starting her own Mortgage Brokerage and joining up with the Verico Network and has since joined Brokers For Life in 2012.
“My main focus is working with each individual customer and listening to their specific needs. Customers deserve to feel valued and that their needs are a priority. My goal is to team them up with products and lenders that will meet their objectives. Mortgage financing is not a cookie cutter business”, says Susan. “It is a full time commitment to keep up to date with all of the changes in the mortgage industry, especially since all of the recent turbulence in the marketplace. “Our goal is to invite all customers, whether they are First-time Homebuyers, Investment purchasers, or looking to re-finance to consolidate debts and lower payments. We pride ourselves on taking the time to educate our clients so that even if they have “less than perfect credit” and we aren’t able to get an approval right now, we will advise them as to the steps needed to get approved. Whether it’s in 6 months or a year, we will coach them along the way”, adds Susan.
